Quello che, però, fa storcere il naso a qualche addetto ai lavori e non è la loro poca propensione a parlare di questioni sensibili. Un esempio? La guerra in atto in Ucraina o la questione (meramente sportiva) riguardo l’affaire Novak Djokovic in Australia.
Sulla faccenda è voluto intervenire l’ultimo vincitore dell’Atp250 di Belgrado, Andrey Rublev. Il russo, dopo diverse contestazioni sui social network, è stato uno dei primi a condannare l’operato del presidente Putin.
“Onestamente, non so perché agiscano così. Non ho veramente ipotesi a riguardo. Molto meglio chiedere direttamente a loro i motivi. Non voglio dire troppe cose ed essere frainteso. Forse potrebbe essere per via della protezione della propria immagine o forse perché hanno pensieri discordanti rispetto alle questioni sensibili? Non saprei proprio”.
